Return Process

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
If you discover any damage or issues with your item upon receipt, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and make it right.
Exchange
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
